Your email address, because an account is how a subscription follows you from the website to your phone. We send a six-digit code to it to sign you in. There is no password.

Where you are in each episode, so playback resumes where you stopped.

Whether you have a subscription, which plan, and when the paid period ends. Card details are never sent to us: payment happens on Stripe, or in the App Store or Google Play, and we are told only that it succeeded.

If you ask to be told when a season lands, the email address you gave and which period you asked about.

No advertising, no ad identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or rent anything about you, and we do not build a profile of you across other apps or websites.

Stripe processes payments made on the website and holds the card details we never see. RevenueCat handles purchases made in the App Store and Google Play. Pylon Cloud hosts the service and sends the sign-in codes. Those are the only companies that receive anything about you, and each receives only what its job needs.

The audio and artwork are generated before anyone listens. Nothing about you is sent to the services that make them.

Until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your account, your listening positions and your subscription record from Peli at once. Delete it from the account page, or in Settings in the app.

Deleting your account here does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that where you bought it, otherwise it keeps billing.

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the UK or EU, the lawful basis is the contract between us for the parts needed to run your account, and your consent for the notify-me list, which you can withdraw at any time.

Peli is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
