Write to [email protected]. Say what you were doing and what happened, and if it is a playback problem, which episode and which device.

Signing in

There is no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send a six-digit code. The code lasts ten minutes. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and ask for another.

You need an account to play a whole episode, because a subscription belongs to an account rather than to a device. That is what lets a subscription bought here work in the app, and the other way round.

Subscriptions

One subscription covers the website and the apps, whichever you bought it through. The first episode of each season is free.

Bought here, cancel it on your account page. Bought in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there — those subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and we cannot cancel or refund them. Deleting your Peli account does not stop them either.

Paid and still locked out? Make sure you are signed in with the same email address you subscribed with. If it still will not unlock, write to [email protected] with the address you used and we will sort it.

Deleting your account

The account page has a delete button, as does Settings in the app. It removes your account, your listening positions and your subscription record straight away, and it cannot be undone.

The history

The dialogue is written, not quoted. Every line is marked as drawn from a cited source, reconstructed from one, or invented for the drama, and every episode ends by saying which parts were which. The sources are listed on each episode page.

If you think something is wrong, write and say which episode and what the record actually says. That is the kind of mail we most want.
